Scottish National Championships & Thistle Trophy Planning Meeting
Just a quick email to advise that the EDC Committee have arranged a planning meeting for the Scottish National Diving Championships & Thistle Trophy event which will take place at the RCP in Edinburgh from 2nd-4th December 2016.
The meeting will be on Tuesday 4th October from 7:30pm at The Sailsbury Arms (across from the main entrance of the RCP).
As always, we require as much support from club members, parents etc. as possible. This support can come in many forms from manning merchandise stalls to answering queries at the front of house or helping out on poolside. The aim of the meeting is to try to establish exactly who is able to assist at this event and to organise roles & responsibilities for the weekend.
It would be great to see as many of you at the meeting as possible! Whether or not you are able to attend the meeting, could you please complete the doodle poll below advising of your availability over the weekend 2nd-4th December? You do not require any previous experience to help at this event - we will give you all the information you need for your role!
